The Mine Ban Treaty is the international agreement that bans antipersonnel landmines. Sometimes referred to as the Ottawa Convention, it is officially titled: the Convention on the Probihition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their destruction.
